He performed three weeks ago another Les Miserables song, they named him a serious competitor of Susan Boyle, he made people teary, Demi Moore as an example wrote on twitter about him same as she did with Susan Boyle.

Bring Him home was the first glimpse of fame for Jami Pugh in Britain’s Got Talent, the story of him overcoming his nerves and performing Bring Him Home his first performance in front of a large audience ever… but not, that was not true, he didin’t lie but he failed to mention he had performed in the West End along with a group singing a Rod Stewart medley. From that moment on his continuation in Britain’s Got Talent was on the rocks, odds went down, people felt betrayed and Amanda Holden compared him to a car that wouldn’t start.

Here is the youtube video of Jamie Pugh singing The Impossible Dream from the musical Man of La Mancha in tonight’s semi final of Britain’s Got Talent, a very weak performance that got Amanda to press the buzzer midway through the song, she heavily criticized the man, then Simon said that he may have come to terms with the fact that singing is not his thing.

No big surprises though a couple of misses and a couple of acts I never thought they would get through that did.

Of course our beloved Susan Boyle is among the top 40 finalists among names such as Jamie Pugh, Shaun Smith Greg Pritchard  and other contestants that will make this Britain´s Got Talent finals one of the most exciting reality TV shows finals in the world. Millions of people will be expecting Susan Boyle to win this contest, but as she said during her interview with Oprah Winfrey, the other contestants are very talented and nothing is written in stone.

Finally BTG´s semi finals and finals are arriving to our TV sets, the whole world is tuning into what is going to happen next in Susan Boyle´s life, above all her life in Britain´s Got Talent. What happens in the next couple of days will determine whether she fulfills her dream of singing in front of the Queen or not (at least for the moment).

The fact is that most of Susan Boyle´s fans are from outside Britain and won´t be able to vite, and with contestans such as the handsome Shaun Smith, the male soprano Greg Pritchard and Jamie Pugh, Susan will have to put all her heart and lungs into delivering the best performance of her life.

Britain´s Got Talent Live Finals

This is how it´s going to work. Tomorro night Saturday may 23rd, there´ll be the last recorded auditions, then the judges will pick up the 40 best contestants among the ones sellected during the auditions, Susan will be among those for sure, but probably so will Shaun Smith, Greg Pritchard, Jamie Pugh, Shaeen Jafargholi, and some others that have become the public favourites during the selection.

Once the 40 finalists are announced the show will continue as it follows:

SEMI FINAL 1 – Sunday 24th May (8.30pm – 10.00pm GMT)

SEMI FINAL 2 – Monday 25th May (9.00pm – 10.30pm GMT)

SEMI FINAL 3 – Tuesday 26th May (8.30pm – 10.00pm GMT)

Wednesday 27th May (No live show due to Chamions League Final – Manchester United vs Barcelona which is broadcast Live on ITV)

SEMI FINAL 4 – Thursday 28th May (8.30pm – 10.00pm GMT)

SEMI FINAL 5 – Friday 29th May (8.30pm – 10.00pm GMT)

LIVE FINAL – Saturday 30th May (8.45pm – 9.45pm and 10.00pm – 11.00pm GMT)

A hectic schedule of shows that will keep the world on it´s toes trying to take a pick at Britain´s next big talent.

Some sources say that Susan will be performing on Sunday the 24th.

She was reporteadly in London this week trying costumes and rehearsing for her appearence, it was during one of theser rehearsals that she run into Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber and he hinted that he may have a role in a future West End production prepared for her.

For Susan Boyle´s fans around the world, even though only Britain´s residents are able to vote, they´ll be able to watche her performance live through websites such as Ustream.tv

We´ll do some research on the possibilities of watching it online and probably they will be published here tomorrow.

Tonight another contestant used a Les Miserables song, Jamie Pugh had never performed in front of a large audience and in a show were contestants tend to show off powerful voices Jamie was able to singe the song with a kind of emotion that made most of the public teary. A standing ovation at the end of the performance was enough to let Jamie Pugh how well he was received and how he touched the public’s heart.

The three judges were unanimous three yeses that gave Jamie Pugh the chance to participate in the semi finals along with Susan Boyle.

In my opinion Jamie Pugh’s story is same as Susan Boyle’s that of an individual overcoming difficulties to realize a dream, in Susan Boyle’s case was the prejudce of those watching her, Jamie’s were his own lack of self confidence and stage fright.

91912 move over susan boyle jamie pugh stuns judges with his les miserable performance 200 Another Les Miserables in Britain's Got TalentThis week we’ll se another contestant sing another Les Miserables song in Britain’s Got Talent.

Jamie Pugh received a standing ovation just as Susan Boyle did with his rendition of Bring Him Home from Les Miserables, he was able to mesmerize both public and judges while singing the song. A very nervous Jamie came in the stage and seemed to hesitate before starting to sing the song, but once the first notes came out of his mouth he found the confidence to go on and do what he does best.

According to some sources he will be a
serious competitor for Susan Boyle, which only makes the contest more interesting and exciting, surely both Susan and Jamie will end up with recording contracts or west end contracts which seem to be their main dream.

Meanwhile Susan is more reclusive than ever, and according to what sources say she is trying to step out of the limelight and concentrate on preparing her song for the next stage.

Saturday May 2nd.

So tonight is the night, there is a lot of expectations about Jamie Pugh’s preformance in Britain’s Got Talent. He’s gotten already the media attention of a singing star and the 3,000 + public he faced when he auditioned for Britain’s Got Talent will tunr into Millions tonight.

Will Susan Boyle be watching the program tonight? I’m curious to see what she thinks of Jamie’s performance.
