Film Roles Being Offered to Susan Boyle

Singing sensation Susan Boyle is not only getting her hands in her dream-like music career, her name is being shuffler for much bigger projects from Broadway shows to films, and it’s only normal that though Susan Boyle is talented enough, the one that gave her career a jumpstart was Hollywood actress Demi Moore.

Ever since Susan Boyle jumped to the fame wagon it was clear that her fame would be much bigger than Britain itself actually the United States seemed to have a hunger for an icon such as Susan Boyle, at the end of the day this Scottish singer reflects perfectly the American Dream: to overcome difficulties and find success as a normal person.

And it’s because of this that Susan Boyle’s appeal is much wider than the music field itself.

Multiple film roles have already been publicly offered to Susan Boyle, from a porn role which we are not going to comment on to star in movies with Hollywood legends such as Tippy Hedren.

Section B Movie

Section B is a movie about a group of wannabe actors that leave everything to chase their dream, both Cyndi Lauper and Darla Rae who is the producer of the film and whose experiences at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts, in Los Angeles are the main storyline of the script have expressed their desire of counting with Susan Boyle for the movie.

Update May 6th 2009:

In a comment left in this website, it’s been revealed that the producer and director of the movie Section B wants Susan Boyle regardless of the outcome of Britain’s Got Talent.

Counterswirl Movie

A movie about an Australian woman whose dream is to create an international wine festival that will be shot in Scotland near where Susan Lives.

The producer of the movie Anna Wilding said in an interview: “I would very much be honoured if she would consider the role. I will be forwarding her the screenplay and she will see the role is perfect for her. Roger Lloyd Pack (Trigger in hit comedy Only Fools and Horses) is keen to do the role of Italian vinter, Ricardo.

“I was initially going to ask the Aussie comedian Magda Sabanski to play Magda – however Susan is perfect for the part. In fact, one of the other characters in the film even lives alone with a cat in Scotland [like Susan does], but I want the larger role of Magda to go to Susan.”

We don’t know if this is only to generate buzz about the movie, and jump on the fame and popularity that everything related to Susan Boyle is getting, but Anna Wielding even continued saying:

“I realise it would be the first time for her. This is not a big studio movie, it is an independent film like Sideways, Little Miss Sunshine and Cinema Paradiso. It is a black comedy so it has humour and sparkle. The movie is about triumph over adversity and all about dreams.”

No matter what, it seems that Susan Boyle dream come true is getting bigger and bigger
