Not everything has been a bed of roses and Susan as been stung by the very roses that helped her rise to fame, media attention, tabloids critics and false rumours overwhelmed Susan and she had to be taken to a the Priory clinic. But she hit back with what she was meant to be, Music.

Here you can take a sneak preview of this Sunday’s Susan Boyle especial I Dreamed a Dream: The Susan Boyle Story
An unlikely hero Susan has become not only an Internet sensation but a record breaker as well, she broke records when she first auditioned for Britain’s got Talent and a bit more than half a year later Susan breaks new records again: the most preorders in the history of Amazon, the biggest debut week of an album this year, the best selling debut album in the UK, … etc.

Susan Boyle’s debut album, “I Dreamed a Dream” published in Simon Cowell’s label Sysco/Columbia, has not only sold 701,000 copies in the United States alone ( Nielsen SoundScan), it’s also the biggest opening-week sales for any album this year, even eclipsing big popular acts like Eminem or U2, and the best reocrded for a debut artist since Snoop Doggy Dogg’s “Doggystyle” in 1993.
“I Dreamed a Dream” has become a global sensation sames when Susan auditioned. it has reached No. 1 in Australia, Canada, Ireland and New Zealand and top 10 and many other countries. According to Columbia it has sold three million copies around the world.

Music retailers worldwide are realizing that Susan Boyle’s album sales are going beyond expectations and experts put her album as a serious contender to this year’s debut week biggest seller, Eminem’s “Relapse.”
Susan who a year ago could have not imagined that she’d become one of this year’s biggest names in the world is in bliss and she even posed for photographers at her doorstep holding a copy of her album.
Simon Cowell has commented on Susan’s debut:
“She did it her way and made a dream come true.
“In Britain’s Got Talent she opened her mouth and the world fell in love with her, which is why her album has been the fastest selling of any woman making her debut.”
Of course we all remember his smile when Susan first belted out her first notes in that worldwide famous Britain’s Got Talent audition, his eyes had the shape of dollar signs predicting what a mind gold Susan would be and he was not mistaken.
But nobody adventures to give a definitive figure until sales are recounted this weekend but presales went beyond expectations and Sony may have some problems restocking some places where sales went way beyond any expectations.
Susan has prove she was not just a brief internet sensation and that she is in the music business to Stay.
Worldwide, the CD has sold more than 2 million copies in a week. In Britain, it has become the fastest-selling debut of all time – 411,820 copies since its November 23 release and in Australia it has shipped 70,000 copies to shops, enough to earn platinum status.
