In the midst of record album sales week, and her second week at the UK number 1 record sales position, news of a one hour long TV special about the life and rise to fame of Susan Boyle are hitting the waves.

We all know the story so far, a talented singer who tried her whole life to get noticed but had to give up to take care of her parents, got discouraged by their passing out and just when it seemed that she would not have the well deserved chance Susan decided to try her luck on Britain’s Got Talent. The rest is one of the most widespread stories of 2009.

Larry King live, Oprah, and most well reputed talk show have talked or interviewed Susan, who for a while didn’t seem capable of coping with the heavy weight of worldwide fame, yet she had the inner strength to take her dream to completion and release a record braking album that has been in the top spot for two weeks and is not showing any signs of letting others take her place.

Not everything has been a bed of roses and Susan as been stung by the very roses that helped her rise to fame, media attention, tabloids critics and false rumours overwhelmed Susan and she had to be taken to a the Priory clinic. But she hit back with what she was meant to be, Music.

Susan still lives in the same apartment that saw her grow up, being bullied by schoolmates and over protected by her loving parent, especially her mother. Susan is not in it for the money of which she has plenty at the moment (reportedly about $9 million) she is in it for her love of music and that’s what makes her the true artist that she is.
